About Invco
Built for the person running more than one company
Invco is invoicing for people who run several companies: one login, each company's own invoice design and email address, Claude built in. From $10/month.
What is Invco?
Invco is invoicing software for people who run more than one company, from one login. Design a template on the drag-and-drop canvas, start from a built-in one, or upload the invoice PDF you already use: Invco detects where the invoice number, dates, client details and totals go, so your own design is reused exactly. Every business you run sits under one login with its own branding, templates, clients and mailbox; client replies are filed against the invoice they answer; and the whole thing can be driven in plain English through Claude.
Unlike tools that bolt a “generate” button onto a normal form, Invco gives Claude real actions through a built-in MCP server: it creates clients and invoices, generates PDFs on your saved templates, designs new templates from a description and sends invoices from your own address, with every action scoped strictly to your account.
It is not accounting software. There are no ledgers, no bookkeeping and no tax filing, and we are not trying to replace QuickBooks or Xero. It doesn’t take online card payments either: invoices carry your own bank details, and you mark them paid when the money arrives. Keep your accountant.
Why was Invco built?
Invco was built by Hamad, founder of Have.Digital, out of a specific frustration rather than a market gap on a slide. Running several companies meant several invoicing subscriptions, several logins, and a different compromise on brand in each one — and every tool insisted on sending from its own no-reply address.
The goal was narrow on purpose: keep each company's invoice looking exactly as it already does, send it from that company's real email address, keep the client conversation attached to the invoice, and let all of it be done by asking rather than clicking.
Who is Invco for?
Multi-company founders and holding groups billing under several entities; agencies and studios that need each brand's invoice kept exactly as it is; accountants and consultants invoicing under more than one company; and teams that want billing to happen inside an existing Claude workflow.
Freelancers under a single brand are welcome, and the Starter plan covers one company, but Invco is built around running several. If you send three invoices a year, there are cheaper tools and we would rather say so.
How does Invco work?
Create an account, add your business details and a template (design one on the canvas or upload an existing PDF), connect each company's email address, then create and send invoices — by hand, or by asking Claude through Invco's built-in MCP server. Every invoice is emailed as a branded PDF from your own address, now or scheduled for later, and is tracked from draft to sent to paid inside a private, per-business workspace. Invoices past their due date are flagged overdue automatically; you mark them paid in one click, or ask Claude to.
How much does Invco cost, and can I trust it?
Invco is a paid product, priced by how many companies you run: Starter is $10/month for 1 company, Growth is $20/month for up to 3 companies, Pro is $30/month for up to 8 companies, Scale is $50/month for up to 20 companies, and Unlimited is $100/month with no cap. Every feature is on every plan. There is no free tier; instead, a charge is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days.
Every business operates in its own isolated workspace, passwords are stored only as salted hashes, mail credentials are encrypted at rest, and two-factor sign-in is available. If a subscription lapses we stop you creating new records, but never stop you opening, downloading or exporting what you have already made. Our security page sets out the detail, including what we don't claim. Reach a real person at support@invco.pro.
Who you are dealing with
Invco is operated by Invco. It is a small, independent business rather than a venture-funded platform, run by a named founder you can actually reach.
