Can you use your existing invoice design?

Yes. If you already have an invoice you like, you don't have to rebuild it. Upload your existing invoice PDF and Invco detects where the invoice number, dates, client details, totals and bank details go. Your PDF stays as the template, so your own design is reused exactly, and Invco fills in those fields for each new invoice.

A field-map editor lets you review and adjust what was detected before you use it.

Can AI design an invoice template for you?

Yes, through Claude. Connect Claude to Invco's built-in MCP server and you can describe the template you want, such as "a minimal layout with my logo top-left and bank details in the footer", and Claude creates it on the canvas. Open it in the designer to fine-tune anything by hand.

Can you reuse one template for every client?

Yes. Design once and reuse it. Save as many templates as you need and apply them to any client or invoice. Sequential invoice numbering for each company keeps your records consistent, and everything lives in a private, isolated workspace.

Because templates are saved in your account, Claude can generate invoices on them too. Ask it to bill a client on your Modern template and it uses the exact design you built.
